Revitalise was the brain-child of Darren Seager. He realised that he had the skills and contacts to respray kitchens and furniture, giving a high gloss or modern matt finish and saving people thousands of pounds by “revitalising” their old kitchen.
So our brief was to come up with a new logo and brand identity that would be accessible, simple, clean and reflect the glossy image of a modern kitchen.
We researched other similar companies, and decided that Revitalise was going to be a classic brand, with a muted pallet using orange highlights. Many similar companies have a bright, cheap/discount look. We didn’t want this for Revitalise, but instead wanted to create a brand that was quality, reliable and safe.
The marketing strategy for Revitalise included branding, social media, website, signage for the showroom & van and eventually newspaper advert campaign. We commissioned a photo shoot as the kitchens needed to shown at their best. We then set up a Facebook page and began a Facebook adverts campaign. The response was amazing, and within days Darren was up and running with his first job!
Next up we created their new website. The main function of the website is to showcase the business and give potential customers somewhere to carry out more research. Darren also wanted a “kitchen colour picker” where people can test out different colours against a mock up kitchen. The aim of this page is to create a zone that keeps people on the site for longer, and allows them to visualise their own kitchen. The colour picker also allows the customer to share their ideas on Facebook & Twitter, as well as saving their options until their next visit.
Since we finalised the website, Darren has decided to hold back on further marketing as his Facebook page generates him enough business.
